Before she sets up her consultancy firm, Angie served as Quality and Productivity Consultant in the Beer, Magnolia and Corporate Head Offices of San Miguel Corporation (SMC) which adopted MBNQA Criteria even before it became the basis for The Philippine Quality Award.

Other positions held at SMC: Campus Recruitment Trainee, Industrial Engineer and Production Services Manager.

Angie is an Industrial Engineer, and is a certified examiner/assessor of the Philippine Quality Award serving as assessor and team leader for the PQA 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006 cycles.

Her other quality engagements and leadership initiatives include:

  > Assessor and team leader, 2005 Juran Medal Award

His other writing has appeared in on-line journals of La Trobe Univeristy in Australia and Drexel University in the USA, and in various academic publications and national dailies in the Philippinse. He obtained his PhD in Communication at Stanford University.

Robert or Bob has almost six years of experience in electronics manufacturing and service industries in the establishment of Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standard. His background and working knowledge is in the establishment of Environmental Management Systems (EMS)-ISO 14001:2004 and management system integration with particular expertise in process mapping, documentation establishment of quality assurance & control systems and internal quality auditing. Has conducted extensive in-house IQA training for clients in the logistics industry.

He is a registered Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE) and started his career as Process Engineer in Kisho Sakata Electronics, Inc.,  in Laguna Technopark. He eventually engaged in ISO certifications of the company and held the position of TQM Coordinator.

Jo is a BS Chemical Engineer from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños. She started working as Production Supervisor at Synertronix, Inc, an electronic company engaged in the manufacture of multilayered PCBs. After less than a year she became  Production Head where she honed her expertise  in quality and productivity; working with Quality Improvement Teams, 5S implementation and others. Earlier, she worked in the corporate center of Transnational Diversified Group as Corporate Quality Officer in the fields of Logistics, Ship Management, Air and Travel, Investments and IT. As consultant and project manager, she assisted TDG member companies get certification in quality management system and other standards. She has extensive experience in ISO 9001:2000, QS9000, ISO14001:2004 and the Philippine Quality Awards training.
